| Forum Business Research is a start-up company in India, with over 25 years of experience. It is the combined power of an experienced technical company based in India and the expertise and products of an innovative full service research agency based in the Netherlands. Forum is managed by Roop Kumar who is a hard core sales and marketing manager with over 20 years of experience. Forum Business Research in the Netherlands has been conducting research since 1986 and has done so for organizations such as Philips, Rabobank, Robeco, Dutch railways, Dutch Tax administration and many more. Over the last five years Forum has developed a solution for continuous feedback, called the Performitor. The Performitor was developed on the premise that the success of service industry professionals, in particular, is a result of the added value during one-on-one client contacts. These contacts or 'moments of truth' can make the difference between you and your competitors. It is precisely for this reason that it is important in the professional service industry to manage the extent to which these contacts provide added value. The Performitor is a learning tool. It does not intend to measure the assessment of the quality of service at any given point in time, but aims to continuously guide staff towards improvement on the basis of client feedback and mutual benchmarking. |
